How does Premade Bag Packaging Machine Work?

Bag Loading Phase:
- Fresh bags are placed in the bag magazine of the existing machine.

Date Coding:
- The machine retrieves bags from the bag magazine and dates them.

Pouch Opening and Inflation:
- The pouch open machine injects nitrogen into the bag mouth, inflating it, or fills air to prepare them for product ingress (filling).

Filling System:
- Weighed product is fed into the pouch.

Sealing and Dispatch:
- Roller brushes clean the seal edge, and the machine arm folds and seals the bag.
- The sealed bags are sent out on a conveyor belt.
