A premade bag machine fills and seals bags already manufactured by your pouch supplier — pre-printed, pre-cut, ready to fill. Three models share the same 8-station rotary carousel and swap filling units to handle granule, powder, or liquid. The vacuum and spout-pouch models run on dedicated platforms. 8-Station Rotary Platform
Three models sharing the same rotary carousel, Siemens PLC, and gripper chain — only the filling unit changes. Switch between granule, powder, and liquid production on the same chassis.

Granule Packing
Nuts, seeds, candy, coffee beans, pet food, frozen vegetables, hardware — anything that flows and has an irregular shape. Pairs with a 10- or 14-head combination weigher for ±1% accuracy.

Specialty Platforms
Two dedicated machines for applications the rotary platform cannot handle: in-chamber vacuum sealing and spout-pouch filling with automatic cap screwing.

Spout Pouch Filling & Capping
