A premade bag machine fills and seals bags already manufactured by your pouch supplier — pre-printed, pre-cut, ready to fill. Three series share the same 8-station rotary carousel, and each is built with its own filling unit for granule, powder, or liquid. The spout-pouch model runs on a dedicated platform. Three series built on the same rotary carousel, Siemens PLC, and gripper chain; each is ordered with the filling unit for its product — granule, powder, or liquid.

Granule Packing
Nuts, seeds, candy, coffee beans, pet food, frozen vegetables, hardware — anything that flows and has an irregular shape. Pairs with a 10- or 14-head combination weigher: ±1 g up to 100 g, ±1% above 100 g.

Specialty Platform
One dedicated machine for an application the rotary platform cannot handle: spout-pouch filling with automatic cap screwing.

All premade bag machines accept any of these pouch formats — your pouch supplier manufactures the bag, the machine fills and seals it. Bag material (PET/PE, OPP/PE, aluminium foil laminate, kraft paper) is compatible within the structures and samples we have validated; send a sample for a sealing test to confirm yours.
