SW-Y Series: 8-Station Rotary Liquid Filler
The SW-Y series fills pre-formed pouches with liquid and paste products on an 8-station rotary carousel. Each station performs one step — bag loading, opening, filling, sealing, cooling, coding, detection, and discharge — all running simultaneously so throughput stays high even at large bag sizes.
A stainless steel metering pump (standard for thin liquids) or piston pump (optional for viscous paste) measures each dose with anti-drip nozzles to prevent spillage. All product-contact surfaces are SUS304 stainless steel. The PLC + HMI touch screen stores up to 50 recipes and supports stand-up, flat, zipper, and gusset pouches — switch format via software, no mechanical retooling.

Supported Pouch Types & How to Choose
The SW-Y series handles all common premade pouch formats for liquid products. Switching between bag types is done through the HMI panel — recipe recall typically takes minutes, with no tooling changes. Because these are premade bags, the machine only forms the top seal — any preformed format that fits the grippers can run, including four-side-seal and flat-bottom (8-side-seal) pouches.

How the 8-Station Rotary Cycle Works
All stations run simultaneously — while one pouch is being filled, others are being loaded, sealed, and discharged in parallel.

Load & Open
Suction cups pick premade pouches from the bag magazine onto rotary gripper clamps. A second set of suction cups separates the panels; an air jet inflates the bag fully open. Sensors skip any failed opens automatically.

Pump & Fill
The metering pump draws liquid from the stainless steel hopper and dispenses a precise dose through an anti-drip nozzle into the open pouch. Pump speed is controlled by a frequency inverter for accurate volume adjustment. An optional piston pump handles viscous paste products such as thick sauces and creams.

Seal & Cool
Heated jaws close the bag mouth under controlled pressure — temperature, dwell time, and pressure are adjustable per film type. A vacuum extraction option removes trapped air above the liquid before sealing to prevent bag expansion and extend shelf life. Cooling plates solidify the seal to prevent deformation before release.

Code & Discharge
Optional date coder prints batch info on the finished pouch. Gripper clamps release onto the outfeed conveyor. A reject mechanism removes underweight or failed-seal bags before they reach the packing station.
