The SW-CCS6 is a fully automatic machine purpose-built for spout pouches. It handles the entire cycle — pouch feeding, spout positioning, filling, air removal, heat sealing, cap placement, cap screwing, and discharge — in one continuous flow. No manual steps between filling and capping.

A six-nozzle filling station ensures high throughput. The stainless steel storage tank feeds product through precision metering pumps, while a vibration disk sorts and aligns caps for automatic placement. After filling, an integrated spout cleaning system washes and air-dries each spout before capping to prevent contamination. The Siemens PLC + HMI touch screen controls the full sequence with recipe storage and multi-language support.

Spout & Cap Compatibility

The vibration disk cap feeder and bag feeding tray accept cap diameters from 8 mm (juice / baby food) to 30 mm (detergent / shampoo refill) without tooling change. Standard screw caps, child-resistant caps, and flip-top caps are all supported. Corner spout, top spout, and center spout pouches all run on the same machine — only the bag-orientation jig changes.

Spout pouches are often combined with a zipper closure for refill packs — letting end users reseal partially used product. The SW-CCS6 handles zippered spout pouches without additional tooling; specify the zipper position when you send your pouch sample.

How the SW-CCS6 Works

The machine runs a continuous cycle: pouches feed in from one side, filled and capped pouches exit the other. All steps are automated — no manual handling between filling and capping.

Filling

Six stainless steel nozzles dispense measured doses simultaneously into open spout pouches. The metering pump controls fill volume from 60 to 300 ml per pouch, adjustable via the HMI panel. Anti-drip valves prevent spillage between cycles.

Cap Sending

A vibration disk sorts and orients caps, then feeds them single-file along a stainless steel track to the capping station. The system handles standard screw caps and anti-choke child-safe caps — swap the vibration disk tooling to change cap type.

Bag Feeding & Vision Alignment

The auto bag feeding tray loads spout pouches and a groove guide pre-aligns each one. A vision-system camera then detects exact spout location and signals the servo to adjust before the nozzle drops — each pour goes precisely through the spout opening, not into the bag side. Empty positions are skipped, no wasted fill cycles.

Cap Screwing & Discharge

After filling, the auto spout cleaning system washes and air-dries the spout. A cap is placed and screwed to the preset torque. Finished pouches discharge onto the outfeed conveyor for downstream inspection, coding, or carton packing.

Spout pouches win when liquid contents need a controlled pour and resealable closure — juice, baby food, refill packaging. But for high-volume liquid sachets without a pour need, a back-seal pillow or 4-side seal stick pack costs less per unit and runs faster. When This Machine Is Not the Right Fit

The SW-CCS6 is designed exclusively for spout pouches. For liquid sachets without a spout, see the SW-Y premade-bag liquid machine or SW-420F collar liquid machine. For dry granule or powder products, the SW-D granule machine or SW-L powder machine is the correct choice. Every SW-CCS6 goes through a structured Factory Acceptance Test before it ships: a test run across two working days, with fill volume, capping quality, and rejection rate all logged. For a spout-pouch filling and capping machine that means verifying fill-level consistency on your product's viscosity, cap torque and spout seal integrity on your cap type, and stable output across the 3,000–9,000 pouches/hour range — send pouches, caps, and product samples and the FAT runs on them, not on a generic substitute.

What types of spout pouches can the SW-CCS6 handle?

The SW-CCS6 supports all standard spout pouch formats: top spout, corner spout, center spout, and anti-choke child-safe spout pouches. Maximum bag dimensions are 120 mm wide by 260 mm tall. The auto bag feeding tray and vibration disk cap feeder can be adjusted for different spout diameters (typically 8–16 mm) and cap sizes. Send us a sample pouch for a compatibility check.

What is the filling accuracy?

Filling accuracy depends on the pump type and product viscosity. For thin liquids (juice, water, cooking oil), the standard metering pump delivers ±1% accuracy. For thick paste (ketchup, mayonnaise), the optional piston pump maintains ±1–2% accuracy. An optional checkweigher can be added for inline weight verification on high-value products.

How does the auto spout cleaning (CIP) system work?

After each fill cycle, a cleaning nozzle sprays food-grade water or sanitizer onto the spout, followed by an air jet that dries the spout before the cap is placed. This prevents product residue on the spout and ensures a hygienic seal. The full CIP (Clean-in-Place) system also flushes the filling lines, pump, and storage tank — a complete cleaning cycle takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

Can the machine handle thick paste products like ketchup or mayonnaise?

Yes. For viscous products, we recommend the optional piston pump upgrade. The piston pump delivers a measured dose regardless of viscosity, and the storage tank can include a stirring mechanism to keep the product homogeneous. What is the lead time and payment terms?

Standard lead time is 15–30 working days after deposit confirmation. Payment: 30% deposit on order, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). Custom configurations (non-standard voltage, special HMI language, piston pump, dual tank) may add 5–10 working days. Contact us with your requirements for a confirmed production schedule.

Can the voltage and HMI language be customized?

Yes. Available in 380V (standard) and 220V (three-phase). The HMI touch screen supports English, Chinese, Korean, French, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, and other languages on request. Specify both when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability and lead time.

What warranty and after-sales support is included?

2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal operation and maintenance. Wear parts (pump seals, nozzle O-rings, cap feeding track liners) are excluded. Common spare parts typically ship from our Guangdong factory within 3 working days. Remote video technical support is free for the lifetime of the machine. On-site installation and operator training are available on request (travel costs quoted separately).

Can I send a product sample for a filling test?

Yes. Ship 2–5 L of your liquid product plus a pack of sample spout pouches (with caps) to our Shantou factory. We will run a filling and capping test on the actual machine, record a video showing fill accuracy, cap torque, and CIP cleaning, and share the results with recommended settings. How easy is it to switch between different pouch sizes?

Switching pouch sizes requires adjusting the bag feeding tray width, fill volume setting on the HMI, and (if the spout diameter changes) swapping the vibration disk cap tooling. Fill volume is changed via the touch screen — no mechanical adjustment needed. A complete changeover for a different pouch size typically takes 15–30 minutes.

What shipping options are available?

We ship via sea freight (FCL or LCL) to any international port, with FOB Shantou as the standard trade term. The machine is crated in a fumigation-free plywood case suitable for customs clearance. Air freight and door-to-door delivery via logistics partners are available on request. We can also work with your nominated freight forwarder. Typical sea freight transit to Southeast Asia is 7–14 days, to the Middle East 18–25 days, and to Latin America 30–40 days.

Can a spout pouch stand upright on shelf?

Yes — spout pouches come in two base formats. Stand-up doypack base (most common, used for juice and baby food) has a bottom gusset that opens when filled and lets the bag stand at full retail volume. Flat base (used for refill formats like detergent and shampoo) lies down or hangs on shelf hooks. Both are filled on the same SW-CCS6 with different magazine inserts — specify your bag format at quote stage. The standing format is sometimes called "spout doypack" by bag converters; ShengWei treats both as the same machine configuration.

What viscosity range can the machine handle?

From thin liquids (juice, water, milk: 1–100 cP) to viscous pastes (yogurt, baby food puree, cream: 1,000–10,000 cP). For products above 10,000 cP (very thick paste, hot honey, jam), the machine needs a heated jacket on the hopper and pump — specify viscosity at quote stage so we configure the right pump head and heater. For very thin water-like liquids in single-serve format, also consider 4-side seal stick packs as a no-cap alternative.

What films and laminates work for spout pouches?

PET / AL / PE foil laminate is standard for juice, baby food, and beverage (high oxygen barrier required). PET / PE for detergent and household chemical. Recyclable mono-PE or mono-PP laminates are emerging for sustainability-driven beauty refills. The spout itself is HDPE or PP, color-matched to the brand by the bag converter. Ship a film sample plus spout to our Shantou factory for a sealing test before order — sealing temperature and dwell time vary by laminate.

Can I run liquid detergent and food on the same machine?

Technically yes (the SUS304 base configuration handles both), but we strongly recommend dedicated lines for chemical products vs food or baby food. Cross-contamination risk is real even after CIP washdown — trace surfactant or fragrance residue can survive cleaning cycles. For small-scale food or beauty production with occasional chemical runs, the SW-CCS6 with a thorough CIP wash-cycle is acceptable. For regulated baby food, pharma, or organic-certified product, dedicate a food-grade SUS316L line.
