A Purpose-Built Packaging Machine Factory
Located in Shantou, Guangdong — the birthplace of China's packaging machinery industry — our facility houses everything from administrative offices and engineering labs to precision machining workshops and final assembly lines.
From Raw Steel to Precision Components
Every critical part is manufactured in-house. Our sheet metal workshop and CNC machining center produce frames, forming collars, sealing jaws, and structural components to tight tolerances — eliminating reliance on outsourced parts.
Sheet Metal & Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cutters process stainless steel 304 and carbon steel plates into frames, panels, and structural components. All cutting, bending, and welding happens on-site for full dimensional control.
CNC Precision Machining
VMC 850 vertical machining centers mill forming tubes, sealing jaws, and precision fittings. Tolerances are held to ±0.02 mm for parts that directly affect bag-forming accuracy and seal quality.
Six Dedicated Production Lines
Our production floor runs parallel assembly lines for premade bag, collar type, vertical FFS, and pillow packing machines. Each line is staffed by experienced technicians who handle mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, PLC programming, and initial commissioning.
Every Machine Tested Before It Ships
Our 4-person QC team runs every machine through a structured Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before crating. No machine leaves without passing — period.
Incoming Inspection
All purchased components — motors, PLCs, pneumatic valves, sensors — verified against specs before entering the assembly line.
In-Process Check
Dimensional checks during machining and sub-assembly. Wiring harnesses tested for continuity and insulation resistance before panel close-up.
Full Machine FAT
72-hour continuous run test with actual packaging film and product material. Speed, seal quality, weight accuracy, and rejection rate all logged.
Final Sign-Off
QC report, test video, and photos sent to you for approval before crating. Machine packed in fumigation-free wooden crate for export.

Solenoid valves (4V210 series) controlling all pneumatic actions — fast response, long service life.

Servo motors for high-speed and high-precision applications. Used in pillow machines and candy packaging lines.

Professional Crating & Loading
Each machine is wrapped in protective film, bolted to a wooden pallet, and sealed in a fumigation-free plywood crate. Our team handles forklift loading to ensure damage-free container stuffing.
International Customer Network
Buyers from the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe visit our factory regularly to inspect machines before shipping. We welcome factory audits and arrange hotel transfers from Jieyang Airport.
Factory & Quality Questions
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes — we welcome factory visits. Our facility is in Shantou, Guangdong. The nearest airport is Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport (SWA), about 40 minutes by car. We can arrange hotel recommendations and airport pickup. Contact us to schedule a visit.
What is the lead time for a standard machine?
Standard models: 15–30 working days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Customized configurations may take 30–45 days depending on complexity. Sample machines for testing can be ready in as few as 10 working days.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 unit. We sell direct from our factory — no minimum container requirements. Whether you need one machine or a full production line, we handle it the same way.
Do you offer OEM / private labeling?
Yes. We can customize the HMI interface language, brand logo on the machine body, electrical panel labels, and packaging. Voltage and plug standards are configured per destination country (220V/380V/415V, 50Hz/60Hz).
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T (bank transfer) to start production, 70% balance before shipping. For repeat customers, we offer flexible terms. We also accept L/C for large orders. All payments go directly to our company bank account — no middlemen.
Do you provide installation and training?
Every machine ships with a detailed English operation manual and installation video. For complex production lines, we can send an engineer to your site for installation and operator training (travel and accommodation costs covered by the buyer). Remote video support via WhatsApp is always free.
What is your warranty policy?
All machines carry a 1-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components (excluding wear parts like sealing jaws and heating elements). Spare parts are available for express shipment worldwide. Our after-sales team responds within 12 hours via WhatsApp or email.
Can I request a third-party inspection before shipping?
Absolutely. Many of our customers arrange SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV pre-shipment inspections. We coordinate scheduling and provide full access to the machine and test records. We also send FAT videos and photos for remote inspection if you prefer.
