SW-100: Pillow Flow Wrap Machine for Finished Ice Pops
The SW-100 is a horizontal pillow packing machine for finished ice pops — ice pops that are already filled and sealed. The ice pops are carried from a hopper up an inclined conveyor into the infeed; the machine forms roll film around them, seals each pack along the back and at both ends, and cuts it off. It does not fill or freeze liquid.
The SW-100 is listed with the same catalogue specifications — product size, speed, film width, power and dimensions — as the SW-350A multifunctional pillow packing machine, which wraps pre-formed solids such as biscuits or soap on a conveyor. The SW-100 is the model ShengWei lists specifically for ice pops.

What the SW-100 Wraps
The SW-100 is listed for one application: finished ice pops — ice pops that are already filled and sealed — wrapped in pillow packs formed from roll film. Output Pack Type: Pillow Pack from Roll Film
The SW-100 produces one pack format: a pillow pack — structurally a back-seal pouch (also called fin-seal or flow-pack). Film is formed into a tube around the product, a back (fin) seal runs along the underside, and end seals close the front and rear of each pack before it is cut off. No pre-formed bag supply is needed — the machine forms packs directly from roll film. For packs that stand upright on retail shelves, see the flat-bottom pouch format.

How the SW-100 Wrapping Cycle Works
The wrapping cycle — ice pop infeed, film forming, back seal, end seal and cutoff — runs continuously, with film pull and end-seal timing matched to the length of each pack.

Hopper & Inclined Infeed
Finished ice pops are loaded into the hopper and carried up an inclined conveyor to the infeed, which delivers them into the film in sequence.

Film Forming & Back Seal
Roll film unwinds from the film shaft and passes over a former that wraps it into a continuous tube around the ice pops. A heated fin-seal wheel joins the two film edges along the underside of the tube to form the back seal, and a photoelectric eye tracks the print mark so printed graphics land in the same position on every pack.

End Seal & Cutoff
End-seal jaws close the front and rear of each pack, and a cutting knife separates the packs. Sealing temperatures are set on the touch screen.

Discharge
Wrapped ice pops discharge onto the outfeed. An optional date coder prints batch and expiry data, and product recipes stored on the touch screen are recalled when switching pack sizes.

The SW-100 is built around the five mechanical systems shown in the diagram: the touch screen, the roll film shaft, material handling, the automatic blanking chute, and the hot-pressed middle seal zone.
① Touch Screen Control
The touch screen displays packing speed, sealing temperature, output and pack length on one screen. Product recipes can be saved and recalled when switching pack sizes, and the HMI language is set at the time of order.
② Roll Film Shaft
The multi-linkage film winding shaft coordinates film pulling and film travel, so the film runs smoothly and tension stays consistent. Smooth film travel helps prevent wrinkling at the back seal and reduces film waste, which matters most on printed or registered film.
③ Material Handling
Material handling platforms on both sides and a middle track carry the ice pops toward the film.
④ Automatic Blanking Chute
The automatic blanking chute conveys the ice pops and releases them into the packing section in sequence.
⑤ Hot-Pressed Middle Seal Zone
The hot-pressed middle seal zone seals the back of each pack, with its own temperature control.

Two-Day Run Test on Your Product
Every SW-100 goes through a structured Factory Acceptance Test before it ships: a test run across two working days, with speed, seal quality, and rejection rate all logged — plus weight or fill accuracy when a dosing unit is fitted. For a pillow wrapper that means tuning servo synchronisation and cutter phasing to your product dimensions (40–140 mm long, 30–80 mm wide, 5–30 mm high), checking fin- and end-seal quality on your film, checking the wrap on your ice pops, and running acceptance at the speed and conditions agreed in the order (product, film, target weight, configuration). The catalog maximum for this model is 200 bags/min and is not an acceptance figure for every product. Free sample test run on your own product and film — we send you the test video, usually within 2 working days of receiving your samples.
