How does Collar Type Packing Machine Work?

Bag Forming Phase: Unwinds the film roll and passes it through a forming collar that shapes the film into a tube. The vertical seal bar seals the film along the back.
Date Coding: Prints the date and batch code on the film before it is cut into bags.
Pouch Opening and Inflation: Cuts the film tube into individual bags and opens them with suction cups. Injects air or nitrogen into the bag mouth, inflating it, to prepare them for product filling.
Filling System: Synchronizes with the filler, such as cup filler, auger filler, linear weigher, or multi-head weigher, to dispense the product into the bag. The product type and weight are controlled by the filler.
Sealing and Dispatch: Seals the bag mouth with a horizontal seal bar and cuts off the excess film. The sealed bags are sent out on a conveyor belt or a rotary table.
