All five models are PLC-controlled collar-type VFFS machines; frame size, film width and forming collar vary by model, and each uses a different dosing system above the collar. Weight-Based Dosing — Accuracy First
Load-cell weigher systems for irregular granules or compact sachets where the target fill weight must be held accurately — ±1 g (≤100 g) · ±1% (>100 g) on the SW-420A multi-head weigher. Slower than volumetric dosing but dimensionally precise.

Multi-Head Combination Weigher
Chips, nuts, candy, pet food, seeds, frozen vegetables, hardware fasteners. A 10-head combination weigher mounted above the collar selects head combinations in real time for the tightest possible weight tolerance on irregular product.

4-Head Linear Weigher
Tea, sugar sticks, candy, seeds, small hardware. An integrated single-unit design with a compact 4-head linear weigher — the entry point into weight-based dosing for small sachets without the cost of a full combination weigher.

Volumetric & Fluid Dosing — Speed & Cost First
Auger screw, turntable cup, and pump dosing for free-flowing powder, uniform granules, or liquid. Faster and simpler than weigher-based systems; accuracy depends on product density.

Auger Powder Filler
Flour, spice blends, milk powder, protein powder, chemical additives. A servo-driven auger screw pushes non-free-flowing fine powder down the dosing pipe — the standard way to meter sticky or cohesive powder at production speed.

SW-320D / 420D
Turntable Measure Cup
Sugar, salt, rice, beans, seeds, pet treats. A purely mechanical turntable of volumetric cups — no load cells, no servo drives, no electronics in the dosing path. Highest speed and lowest cost for uniform free-flowing granules.

SW-420F
Liquid & Paste Pump
Milk, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking oil, ketchup, mayonnaise, detergent. Pump type is chosen for your product — metering, peristaltic, piston, gear and rotary lobe pumps are all optional. Contact surfaces are SUS304 as standard, with SUS316 optional.

All five collar type machines form bags from rollstock film in-line. Bag format is determined by the forming collar geometry. Film material (OPP/CPP, PET/PE, PA/PE laminate, kraft paper, aluminum foil laminate) is compatible within the structures and samples we have validated; send a sample for a sealing test to confirm yours.

All five machines share the same four-step forming-filling-sealing cycle. The only variable is how product enters the forming tube.
01
Roll Film Loading
A roll of packaging film (PE, OPP, aluminum foil laminate, or CPP) mounts on the film frame. A servo motor pulls the film through dancer rollers that maintain constant tension. An Omron rotary encoder tracks film position for consistent bag length.

Bag Forming & Vertical Sealing
The flat film wraps around a triangular forming collar, which folds it into a continuous tube. Heated vertical sealing rollers create the back seam. Changing bag width requires swapping the collar.

Product Dosing & Filling
The dosing system above the collar measures and releases product into the forming tube. The method depends on your product: combination weigher for irregular granules, auger for powder, pump for liquid, linear weigher for small doses, or volumetric cups for uniform granules.

Sealing, Coding & Cutting
Horizontal jaws clamp across the tube to seal the top of one bag and bottom of the next simultaneously. An optional date printer codes batch number and expiry. A knife severs the finished bag onto the output conveyor. Temperature and pressure are adjustable per film type via the Siemens HMI.
