Acceptance Testing and After-Sales Support
Every machine goes through a documented acceptance test before it is crated — a test run across two working days on your product and bag format, with the results recorded for your file. Our factory acceptance test manual sets out what to specify, what to measure, and which records to collect before the balance is released. Machines carry a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects, with in-warranty replacement parts sent free of charge (wear parts excluded), and a formal quote comes back within one business day.
