The SW-D series fills pre-formed pouches with free-flowing granule products on an 8-station rotary carousel. Each station performs one step — bag loading, opening, filling, sealing, cooling, coding, detection, and discharge — all running simultaneously so throughput stays high even at large bag sizes.
A multi-head combination weigher (standard) or linear weigher (optional for sticky granules) measures each portion. All product-contact surfaces are SUS304 stainless steel. The PLC + HMI touch screen stores up to 50 recipes and supports stand-up, flat, and zipper pouches — switch format via software, no mechanical retooling.

Film material: Laminated rollstock film, laminated paper, aluminum foil composite — send us your bag sample or artwork for compatibility confirmation.
All stations run simultaneously — while one pouch is being filled, others are being loaded, sealed, and discharged in parallel.

Suction cups pick premade pouches from the magazine onto rotary gripper clamps. A second set of suction cups separates the panels; an air jet inflates the bag fully open. Sensors skip any failed opens automatically.

The multi-head weigher calculates the optimal bucket combination and dispenses product through a stainless steel chute into the open pouch. A vibration device prevents product bridging during transfer.

Heated jaws close the bag mouth under controlled pressure — temperature, dwell time, and pressure are adjustable per film type. Cooling plates solidify the seal to prevent deformation before release.

Optional date coder prints batch info on the finished pouch. Gripper clamps release onto the outfeed conveyor. A reject mechanism removes underweight or failed-seal bags before they reach the packing station.
