SW-Y Series: 8-Station Rotary Liquid Filler
The SW-Y series fills pre-formed pouches with liquid and paste products on an 8-station rotary carousel. Each station performs one step — bag loading, opening, filling, sealing, cooling, coding, detection, and discharge — all running simultaneously so throughput stays high even at large bag sizes.
Anti-drip nozzles fill each measured dose without spillage, and we match the dosing set-up to your liquid and fill volume. All product-contact surfaces are SUS304 stainless steel. The PLC + HMI touch screen stores multiple product recipes and supports stand-up, flat, zipper, and gusset pouches. Switching between plain and zipper bags of the same size is done on the touch screen by turning the optional zipper-opening device on or off.

Supported Pouch Types & How to Choose
The SW-Y series handles all common premade pouch formats for liquid products. Switching between plain and zipper bags of the same size is done on the HMI by turning the optional zipper-opening device on or off. A change to a different bag size means adjusting the grippers and bag magazine; the time it takes depends on the bag format and machine setup. Because these are premade bags, the machine only forms the top seal — any preformed format that fits the grippers can run, including four-side-seal and flat-bottom (8-side-seal) pouches.

How the 8-Station Rotary Cycle Works
All stations run simultaneously — while one pouch is being filled, others are being loaded, sealed, and discharged in parallel.

Load & Open
Suction cups pick premade pouches from the bag magazine onto rotary gripper clamps. A second set of suction cups separates the panels; an air jet inflates the bag fully open. Sensors skip any failed opens automatically.

Pump & Fill
The dosing unit draws liquid from the stainless steel hopper and dispenses a measured dose through an anti-drip nozzle into the open pouch. We match the dosing set-up to each liquid, and viscous products such as honey, syrup and jam run on the standard set-up.

Seal & Cool
Heated jaws close the bag mouth under controlled pressure — temperature, dwell time, and pressure are adjustable per film type. Cooling plates solidify the seal to prevent deformation before release.

Code & Discharge
Optional date coder prints batch info on the finished pouch. Gripper clamps release onto the outfeed conveyor. With the optional checkweigher and reject unit, underweight bags are rejected automatically.

The SW-Y series is designed for liquid and paste products only. For free-flowing granules (nuts, seeds, coffee beans), the SW-D series with multi-head weigher filling is the correct choice. For fine powder (flour, spice, milk powder), use the SW-L series with auger filling. For spout pouches requiring a screw cap, consider the SW-CCS6 spout pouch machine.

Two-Day Run Test on Your Liquid
Every SW-Y200 series machine goes through a structured Factory Acceptance Test before it ships: a test run across two working days, with speed, seal quality, fill accuracy, and rejection rate all logged. For a rotary premade-bag liquid machine that means verifying pump fill accuracy at your product's viscosity, nozzle behaviour and a clean seal area on your liquid, and gripper transfer across your bag sizes (SW-Y200: 80–200 mm, SW-Y250: 110–250 mm, SW-Y320: 180–320 mm bag widths) — send your liquid and bag samples and the FAT runs on them.
