SW-B10: High-Output Multi-Lane Stick Sachet Platform
The SW-B10 forms, fills, and seals ten narrow back seal stick sachets in every cycle — up to 300 sachets per minute from a single machine. A pendular dosing system handles dry, free-flowing materials including instant coffee, sugar, salt, MSG, seasoning blends, probiotic powder, and pharmaceutical granules. Bag widths from 10 to 30 mm, bag lengths from 50 to 150 mm, fill weights from 5 to 20 g per sachet. A PLC with Siemens touch screen stores product recipes for quick changeover between bag lengths and fill weights. Independent temperature controllers manage the sealing zones for different film structures. The SW-B10 produces one bag style only: narrow back seal stick sachets formed from roll film. This format is optimized for single-dose powder portions where slim presentation and high production speed take priority over retail shelf impact.

Back seal sachets are the standard output format for multi-lane vertical machines. The bag width (10–30 mm) and length (50–150 mm) are adjustable within the machine's range. The Ten-Lane Stick Sachet Production Cycle
The SW-B10 runs a continuous vertical form-fill-seal cycle across ten parallel lanes. Understanding each stage helps buyers evaluate whether this machine architecture fits their production requirements.

Film Unwinding and Registration
Roll film is mounted on the film rack and fed through a tension control system that maintains stable web tracking. For printed film, a photoelectric sensor reads registration marks to ensure consistent cut lengths across all ten lanes. Stable film handling at this stage prevents downstream problems with bag length variation and seal misalignment.

Multi-Lane Forming and Filling
The film passes through the ten-column forming assembly, where it is shaped into ten narrow tube channels. Simultaneously, the pendular dosing system meters product into each channel. This dosing method works best with dry, free-flowing powders and fine granules. For sticky or irregular materials, a different filling system would be required.

Sealing
After filling, the sealing system closes each sachet with a longitudinal back seal and synchronized cross seals at the top and bottom. Independent temperature controllers allow the operator to adjust sealing heat for different film structures. Proper temperature settings prevent weak seals, film burn, and product contamination at the seal edge.

Cutting and Discharge
The cutting mechanism separates the finished sachets to the specified length. Sachets are then discharged for collection, counting, bundling, or cartoning. Optional date coding can be added for batch traceability. At this stage, ten finished sachets exit the machine per cycle — the core productivity advantage of multi-lane architecture.
